Our attention has been drawn to some frivolous allegations making rounds from selfish quarters with intentions of breaking down the party at no mean a level than the key constituency level.
We/I wish to put on record and make bare, facts on the situation at hand at the helm of the constituency leadership.
It is instructive to note, that, the allegations being bandied around, despite its falsity, have not been formally carried to the attention of the new constituency leadership, to atleast provoke official investigation and resolution.
Commendably, newly elected executives hit the ground running right after election by embarking on visitations across the length and breadth of the constituency, covering all cells, electoral areas and polling stations to invite all hands on deck. A well received exercise which brought about a new spirit of unity within the ranks and file of the party in the constituency.
To deepen the extent of unity, the MP, Hon. Akua Afriyie, has been meeting with former aspirants and contestants of constituency behind close doors together with constituency executives to formulate plans and strategies on promoting the party and government within the constituency.
It is thus condemnable and shameful that certain unidentifiable elements who are bent on destroying the party take go on this tangent of bandying about false stories and allegations to tarnish the enviable image and brand of the NPP within Ablekuma North Constituency.
We/I will like to categorically state that these allegations are unfounded, untrue and should be treated with the disgust it deserves.
